100% recommend Jose at Technigo. So my MacBook Pro's battery went out and I called 3 technicians then narrowed it down to CrimsonMac and Technigo based off their reviews. I called CrimsonMac first and the guy said that it is billed at a 4hr job rate even though it would take him about 2 hours to do it because he has done a bunch of battery replacements. I called Technigo and he straight up said that it was a flat rate and included everything. It went out Thursday evening and he said he would get the part and have it done by Monday and it would only take him 2 hours as well. He was honest and his pricing was honest so I went with him and I am so glad I did. I dropped it off and he texted me on Monday afternoon and said it was done! He had my computer shining and running like brand new. I absolutely appreciate the customer service and expert knowledge that Jose had. He told me he has been in that shop for over 12yrs and I can tell he knows what he is doing. I will trust Jose with any tech issues from now on. He is honest, dependable and trustworthy. I took in my PC to get repaired after it wouldn't turn on properly, and Jose correctly identified that my CPU cooler was broken, and promptly installed a new one. After coming home and using my computer, it was still broken with a separate issue. When I took it back to Jose, he identified the issue (faulty video card) for no charge, as he said that he should've identified this issue sooner.
