Jane's Island — Local services in Tustin

UPDATE: Today I received an email from Jane’s Island saying they had sent me goods but they were returned undeliverable so they refunded my money. They asked me to delete this review. So, some facts:

Fact 1: I checked the address I provided and it is completely accurate. I receive mail every day to this address.

Fact 2: I contacted them by their chat bot, via their Facebook page and by email to find out when my goods would be delivered. They did not respond to any of these messages.

Fact 3: They blocked me on Facebook when I tried again to query the whereabouts of my goods. I am still blocked now.

Fact 4: They did not ever advise me, nor did the so-called tracking service advise me that the goods had been shipped, arrived in Switzerland, or returned.

Fact 5: Their registered business address in the US is a post office. In others words they are NOT a US based company as they claim.

Fact 6: They did refund my money but only after my negative reviews and those of many friends. Therefore I still maintain that this business is a scam.

This business is a scam. I placed an order, the money was taken from my account but my goods were not delivered. I tried to contact them my email, Messenger and their chat bot multiple times, without any response. When I started to ask for some info by writing on their Facebook page and their Facebook advertisements they blocked me. Please take my advice and DO NOT BUY!!!! The positive reviews are...

October, 2023 DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! This is a scam business. I ordered from them a month ago (order #6461) and it’s supposedly still processing even though they swore my order had shipped. I never received a confirmation email and there’s no way to check the status of my order on their website.

Their customer service is awful and my email queries have gone unanswered.

If you want ripped off, go ahead and fall for their adverts.

As for me, I am trying to get a refund but all I get are crickets from their side.

I was a sucker. Don’t make my mistake.

UPDATE: Today is April 23,2024 and guess what? Still no package, and still no reply to...
