Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. This is my worst experience with them, I dropped my 2 Michael Kors watches for easy job which is changing battery that was Saturday May 15, 2021 the lady told me 15min & will be done & took my phone number & name to call me when they are done !! Nobody called me till Friday May 21, 2021 I went to pick them & ask why they didn’t call she argued that they did & after long argument she said we didn’t call we forgot to do so, fine I paid & took them & left. I wore one & will washing my hands some water came in the watch from inside by the way both watches are WATER RESISTANCE 100 m, I called asked for manager he said bring it to check it, I brought it & he said we are not specialist in expensive watches & will send it to specialist & it will take TWO WEEKS !!! Found this jewelry store searching online and I was shocked to see that they had a solid 5-star rating on Yelp (from dozens of customers). I decided to visit last week and I met "the Sam" & his wife. You are not pressured into buying anything and Sam takes the time and effort to listen/understand your needs. I ended up making a purchase and when I returned to pick up my item, I was greeted by my first name (they remembered!).
