Sauve's Computer & Supply Inc — Local services in Two Rivers

My computer suddenly stopped booting up. Sauve's took it in immediately and assessed it, trying to prevent the need to buy a new laptop. Within a day they got back to me and advised the computer could not be fixed. They provided a recommendation for a new laptop and place to buy it at a good price. I got the computer immediately and took it to them. Amazingly, the tech got right on my request to transfer all my files and programs. Even more astonishing, I got a call at 8:00 that night from the tech, asking some questions relative to my files. I remarked that it was very impressive that he would be working in the evening to finish work; he said they got busy and so he kept working. Within a total of two days, I had my new computer. I received an instruction sheet as to how to bring all my functions back, such as internet connectivity and wireless connection to my printer. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere before-it was remarkable. The cost was very reasonable, and I left a nice tip for the tech to show my gratitude for having my new computer up and running in the same manner my old device did; so easy to get back to normal. I had a terrific experience at Sauve's. I brought my old laptop in for migration to my new computer. The old hard drive failed during the data transfer, TJ was able to miraculously coax the old drive to stay alive long enough to complete the task, I did not lose anything. There were some glitches in the email transfer from my Comcast server, TJ spent time with me explaining this and how to work around it. Amazing service! Took my computer in for a cleaning and received it back the next day like brand new! They had to replace the processing fan and another fan it runs so quiet now it doesn't seem like it's even on!! Will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend Sauve's. #ShopLocal...
