Cash Store — Local services in Two Rivers

I wouldn’t even give the cash store a 1 star. This cash store and corporate have lied to me and tried to cover it up! They are not upfront with you about any information all they want to do is waste your time. 3 hours of my day has been wasted by them because they say they will accept it now but not being upfront about that if you are on work comp and taxes aren’t taken off it will be declined! This is bull! Corporate isn’t much better because they are the ones who lied too. First I was told they couldn’t accept work comp then when I called corporate I was told they could but never told if taxes weren’t taken off it would be denied! So wasted over an hour doing the application for no reason! This company is such a joke! They continue over and over again lying! Don’t trust them with any information! They also ran a credit check and didn’t tell me they were going to run a hard one! Being lying to again! Whatever you do don’t trust cash store or cottonwood financial with any of your information as they may use it inappropriately and they lie to you about all sorts of stuff! I cannot imagine having a better experience with a business, offering loan services, than I have had with the Cash Store. From the first phone call inquiring about their loan services through the loan process and even through refinancing my loan when I needed help with an unexpected expense, Caden from their store in Two Rivers was magnificent. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. The whole loan process was quick and easy. My money was in my bank account within minutes after signing the loan agreement.
