What a nasty person the owner of two rivers clothing company is... I ordered 2 patches that cost $15 each and was charged $12.95 for priority shipping. I didn't receive any notifications other than what paypal provided me. I called for an ETA and to ask why I was charged so much for shipping. Shipping should only be $3.50 at most. The owner said that the patches would be shipping out in a couple of days which I was okay with. He then went on to say they charge a flat rate on shipping. I'm not sure how fair that is to charge anyone $12.95 for a product that weighs half a pound if that. He then said that if I ordered 50 sweatshirts that I would be charged the same flat rate. I didn't want 50 sweatshirts, just 2 patches. He tried to say that the extra charge was part of the setup fee because I only ordered 2 patches, funny, I didn't see where a minimum order was required. He then started cursing me, hung up on me, and refunded my money. He claimed to be a Kenpoist but I don't know of any kenpoist that would treat a customer like he treated me. I should have just bought the patches local for $8 instead of dealing with this angry owner. I wish I could give him a lower rating than 1 but it wasn't an option. Good luck with your order. I absolutely love this store, I highly, highly recommend you check this place out. Best place to get Delta products in the whole state I swear to God. The quality is phenomenal, best dab I've ever gotten and the edibles taste so good, they even have drinks now! I swear every time I go in they have something new to try and it's pretty much always good. They also have a bunch of non-delta freeze dried snacks of all sorts of stuff that I absolutely LOVE.
