If I could give zero stars, I would.

Upon entering the store with my two sons, we were not greeted — yet the customer before us and those who came in after were acknowledged. When I approached the print station, the Black woman working there did not speak. I had to ask her where certain items were located, and although she responded, it was with clear attitude and irritation.

As I gathered what I needed, staff members stared at us in a way that felt accusatory, as if we were doing something wrong. At checkout, the cashier was rude and acted as though being courteous was a burden. When I returned to the print station, the same woman continued to be dismissive and unfriendly.

What made me finally leave was witnessing how warmly she greeted and assisted another customer, right after treating me with clear disregard. At that point, I told my sons we were leaving. I took my business to OfficeMax, where the staff was welcoming, helpful, and professional — a complete contrast. 10/10 recommend.

I bought a stamp from them and my phone number was missing and my name, 3rd stamp that has been wrong. Instead of righting their wrong, and making me the correct stamp I paid for I was forced to purchase a new stamp bc "they're losing money" instead me and my small business are the one who suppose to lose money because office depot made a mistake for the third time in a single week. I was rudely dealt with being told to just go else where with my business when I insisted on them correcting the error. He claimed how is positive they forgot my name and number... by looking at the stamp even a child could tell its obviously missing a name and phone number. If you're looking to be treated like an a**hole for just wanting what you paid for correct when you pick it up bc it was wrong 3x now come here. My wife brought me in for my first visit to Office Depot. I was blown away by the customer service we got from Clarence. Within a matter of a minutes we were greeted and Clarence took us right to the printer toner section and was quick to show us which one we needed. I've never had this level of service at a Best Buy or a Target store. We will definitely be back and hopefully our next visit we can thank Clarence for his obvious dedication and passion. We didn't get a chance to thank him this time because he was assisting customers the entire time my wife was showing me around the store. I have over thirteen years of commercial and retail sales and also management. This is the guy you build a successful team around.
