Please beware and read….If I could rate this as a -0 I would. I have been here 2 or 3 times and never had an issue until she got her helpers. I am very and I mean very unhappy with my hair. First of all Ms. Lauviah it's not good for your worker to leave me in the chair to go do someone else's hair. That is poor customer service especially for the price I am paying. Next of all the lady that did my braids at the back was very frustrated and she took it out of me while doing my hair. She yanked on my hair so bad until it was terrible. Her name is Ashley she know she had a attitude and I have never seen her or done anything to her. But it wasn't right. For $220...what a horrible experience. And then I got small parts in the front and big parts in the back. That's why it's not good to let 2 different people part my hair and braid it. I live 10 minutes from your shop and before I could get home my bun was already coming down. I can't do nothing about it because it's done now and I have to work Monday. My parts are big in the back and little in the front. The lady that did the front took her time and did them right. The lady that did the back I don't want her to ever touch my hair again. I feel like if Ms. Lauviah is their boss she should be observing closely on how they are doing customers hair. It makes her look bad. Secondly, less than a week later, the back row (nape area) (Braids) have all slipped out. I contacted the owner. She told me to come next day after work to fix them. I show up to the salon after work like she said and she tells me she’s too busy and she can’t help me?? Help me?? Your work is flawed and you’re helping me?? So I offered to come first thing the next morning and she says I have to wait until her scheduled appointment?? So $320 later, I am walking around with the nape of my neck braid less! I don’t recommend going here and if you do don’t get your hair done by Ashley because I got cornrows and had 4 braids on one side and 7 on the other and they were all too tight and when I told her the last time I got them done it wasn’t like this and that it’s gotten longer since then she said that ain’t got nun to do wit her.
