7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tyler

Never go here. Every time i go my order gets messed up. I have the sticker for them to scan and they never do, always ask for my phone until i point to the sticker. Then i ask to try the pumpkin blondie with light ice and when i leave. Not only is it not pumpkin but i can’t get my straw to go into the cup because of the amount of ice. I turn back around get in line to have the one who took my order and the one that made my order, which she messed up to begin with, come tell me if i want barely any ice i will need to pay for NO ICE. No apology for messing up my order but came to lecture me about the light ice. I have no issue paying if it requires extra payment for LIGHT ICE which is crazy to pay but get my order right and apologize. I have tried this place multiple times but i don’t like the service. I ordered half sweet never got it but was too upset to back a third time. I would rather drive further down to seven brew by Kohls who have great service and the drinks are not only made right but they actually ask you have you had it before, they look for it and give you exactly what you last had. Super disappointed, when we get there theres only one car infront of us that already had their order, we get there and nobody comes to take our order, two cars arrive after us and they get their order taken after getting there AFTER us. SECOND, im ordering and the lady cuts us off while ordering trying to finish our order and i say yes because that is what im getting and she completes the order but im not done customizing my drink so i proceed to add on one syrup and before i get to add the second syrup she cuts me off again!! I dont know if it was racial profiling but i will never come to this...

Stopped by for the first time today and got AMAZING customer service from Aubrey. Asked for something sweet and she made me a cupcake flavored frozen coffee that was one of the best things I have ever tasted! She also took a second and asked me how my day was going, and made sure to thank me for visiting.

Portion size and price were great, a large feels like a large unlike other coffee shops. Shop has a good vibe and all the staff are super friendly. Only complaint is its a little difficult to get into the drive thru because of the restaurant next door, but I won't dock them any points since they...
