Went in for the first time in a long time to shop. Unfortunately, this time I had to use the restroom badly when I walked through the door. I asked where it was and they said there wasn’t one. Funny enough, the last time I’d been in, they’d had one that they let me use. I’m always clean and leave a spot better than I found it. So I know I didn’t leave a lasting negative impression.

It hadn’t been an issue before today. They could have changed the policy since my last time in. However, I suspect that they thought I was just coming in to use their facilities and leave seeing how I hadn’t started shopping first.

I was going to buy two pair of expensive yet cheaply made pants and a pair of shoes today from them. I know they carry my size so I was going to pick up instead of ordering. I’ll order from other clothiers that sell big guy clothes.

Don’t wait to see the wallet before you extend...

My dad has shopped here for a while. He drives 30 miles to shop here. He's 74 years old with prostate issues. While at the store with clothes ready to check out, he asked to use the restroom. He was told no, so he had to go down to Burger King and barely made it. It's very disappointing that a business would treat their customers this way, especially in 2025. He was so disappointed and angered by this that he will no longer be using this store. I'm also going to help him file a formal complaint against this business. Shame on you...

If I could offer more stars I would. Steven was working when I went in. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and took the time to make sure I found what I needed. He helped pick out the right color combination for what I needed.

If he didn't have what I was looking for he offered to order it and have it shipped to the store. I will definitely be returning and getting more in the near future. Especially after the experience today, and the recommendations...
