Today I met John at the counter he greeted me with a robust greeting as soon as I hit the door. I was there to trade in my phone, I was kind of sad because I owned it for a long time but John assured me it was the right thing to do because it was an iPhone after all. After that he told me all the great benefits of the pro plan, I would've gotten it but unfortunately was low on cash, after hearing that Josh recommended some creative ways to make the money to get the plan. I will definitely be looking into it! John is the epitome of gamestop customer service. He even wished me lots of nice words as I left.
