Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had!
I ordered a backup charger for my work computer as I have two offices and often leave my laptop charger at one office. I still have my original charger and it works well, I just needed a backup. Ease of order and speed of shipping were fine.
Upon receiving the charger, I noticed that it had a small issue. I plug it in, it doesn't immediately charge, and I have to wiggle it around in the port to get it to start charging. Sometimes it will stop charging and I will have to wiggle it around again. I've had similar problems with phone chargers, etc. Simple problem, so I contacted customer service.
Customer service is the worst I have experienced, point blank. I often shop online for professional and personal items, and this is so beyond what I have ever heard of. About this simple issue, the customer service representative and I have emailed back and forth ELEVEN TIMES! She has told me that they have never had a defective charger reported to them before (!!!) and that she spoke to their engineers, and they find it impossible that my problem could be real. The customer's always wrong, right? :)
First, they requested a picture of the jack on my computer so their engineer could determine if this was a problem with my computer (note that my original charger still works great), which I thought was silly but complied.
At this point, this representative is requiring me to upload a YOUTUBE video of the charger not working, which is honestly really hilarious to me. There's no way that's part of any official exchange policy! I have asked to have my case referred to a manager or supervisor three times, and have yet to had that request fulfilled.
Bottom line: buying from this company is a gamble. They'll send you a product, but if it's defective, don't expect them to even believe you, much less offer any actual...
Read moreI try to always reward excellent customer service so I don’t just complain but this company has ripped me off and has treated me horribly and I would never ever recommend it or shop there again. I have a tough time finding a replacement charger cord for my daughter’s chrome book I finally found one here that was 2499 and it cost me 699 to ship which I was not crazy about but because I had trouble finding one I want to head and paid it. She was so excited to finally get a charger and it did not work at all. I paid close attention when looking to find a charger that said that it was compatible to her specific model but yet this one did not charge at all the cord didn’t even seem to fit tightly which was probably part of the problem. I then sent an email to the Customer service asking to return it and wanting my money back and was pretty much called a liar and told that they test all of their chords and it was working when they sent it out. They went on to say that possibly I put it in the wrong port???? Really? So long story short they refused to send me a label told me I had to pay for shipping to send it back and then once they received it and tested it then they would give me my money back. I still had to contact them telling them I returned it and send them a copy of the receipt from the post office showing that I sent it back. Then when they gave me the refund they shorted me almost 4 dollars for what I could see is not here reason so my 2499 cord that did not work was refunded at $21.20 which is bizarre. Many many emails and almost $14 loss in shipping this was a disaster!!! At no time did they apologize or even be kind to me absolutely...

And when notified that the product they had advertised did NOT work...they engaged in an email volley( stall) when a refund was requested! Demanding that pictures of the devices be sent and blaming the user for ordering incorrectly! It has been less than a week that the chargers were received and they are stealing money from a Middle School to keep from refunding!! They're stating that they will charge a fee if they take them back to open each package (only 2 were open and the rest are sealed as received)! They state that the labor costs involved with opening each and restocking with consume most of what was paid for purchasing!! This is the WORST company and we are going to report to their area BBB( now Neward, CA). Do NOT use this company or their shody...
