Over the years Core Microsystems has made its mark and earned an excellent reputation in Silicon Valley for designing custom cutting-edge computer systems for its customersā needs and budgets. They have designed and built several systems for me, all which have been leading edge, rock solid and trustworthy. But that is only part of the reason I have continued to be a loyal customer of Core Microsystems for almost 20 years.
While it is an absolute requirement that a custom computer system work well out of the gate, for me it is an even more essential requirement that after sale customer service and technical support be available when needed. And that is where Core Microsystems excels more than any other business, in or outside of the computer world, I have worked with.
After sale customer and technical support is a strict requirement for me because unlike many who work in a computer-based business, I am not technically inclined or especially computer savvy. It is important that I receive attentive support and instruction when resolving even fundamental computer related issues. Core Microsystems has always provided this support without pretense; breaking down and offering solutions in ways that are easy to digest. Issues (often self-inflicted) are typically resolved remotely within minutes. But if it takes several shots to resolve a problem, they take whatever time is necessary to resolve the issue. You are the priority.
Equally important Core Microsystems customer support is there when you need it; almost on demand. There have been instances where I will email or text Core Microsystems for support on a weekend or during the Holidays and in short order receive a phone call or text message response, a couple of time from abroad! And as far as I can determine their customer support is unending, extending beyond the typical hardware warranty, not having an āexpiration dateā. This level of support is priceless.
There is one other area of support offered by Core Microsystems that I just recently discovered even though the service may not at all be new for them. A few months ago, I had a large event to cover as a videographer. Iām usually self-sufficient but this time around I wanted to include a camera and knew no place where I could rent one quickly and that gave me the time flexibility to become acquainted with unfamiliar gear. I have always found their support and service to be outstanding. For us, they are more than a vendor, they are a partner.
