This website is a hoax and has HORRIBLE customer service. This site came highly recommended by another shoe lover who had purchased from them before. I received these shoes on Friday as seen in the photos. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. For a site that claims they have authentic shoes, these definitely show otherwise. They are GROSSLY DEFECTIVE and are totally replica quality!! Glue is visible on the entire sole of the shoe… one shoe didn’t even have an insole in it!!! Like come on!! Their return policy is a little vague as there is no return portal on the site as they mentioned, so I’ve been unable to submit a return. I have since been trying to get in contact with the store via phone and online with no avail. I have even sent in an online inquiry but still have no response. A shadow of its former self.

It used to be much bigger. It sectioned off (pre-Covid) and the other half became a barber shop for a minute- but I digress. I don’t know what it was, if they over ordered and sold things off en masse, but you used to be able to get nice name brand sneakers- Nike, Adidas, etc, for like 35 bucks a pair. They still offer deals like that but it’s way (WAY) smaller, and more off brands than anything. I still have a bunch of pairs of sneakers from them, in their heyday.

So smaller, not as many bargains...not as varied a selection either. I miss the way they were.

UPDATE: Oct 22- they did a whole update of the store and offering discounted sneakers again!...

All these positive reviews gotta be baloney. Weird unfriendly vibe here as soon as I walked in. Usually you hear a hello or how can I help but everyone looks mad. Overheard employee say he had to “do something today,” referring to sales? Then I asked another employee about specific kicks and was told I had to buy a shirt to buy the kicks. I asked why. Employee said the boss wants it that way and that was the policy. Okay, kicks were $125, how much is the random unseen shirt? He said $40. I left. Strange policy.
