UPMC Outpatient Center — Local services in Union Township

Dr Daniels is awful. She either takes terrible patient notes or she's got memory issues, because she changes her mind on what she has said from one appointment to another. I had a recurring prescription from her for almost two years. Suddenly she says that she won't write it again and her explanation was she had told me that she would "only write it for me one time" and that I needed to find another doctor... even though she had written it for me almost two dozen times at that point with no issues and had never communicated with me at all that she wouldn't continue to do so. She is rude and incompetent and doesn't care about her patients in the slightest. I have never had a doctor very obviously care less for what I was saying during the 90 seconds she bothers being in the room. I doubt she could have told anyone what we talked about by the time the door closed behind her, because her staff certainly didn't and I had to tell them what prescriptions I needed filled because she didn't bother to note it down anywhere. Her staff are rude and will call patients liars even when they are holding proof in their hands that they are telling the truth. And that's if you get even get in contact with someone, because they never answer the phone or return calls. I have had some bad doctors over the years, but this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had, and its not one incident, its the same thing every time with her...

TERRIBLE PLACE ...They do NOT return calls cant get meds refilled ..The worst JUAN MERCADO is the worst...... I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND EVER...
