ALDI — Local services in Union

Aldi low prices, the past, not the present. Example eggs .68 cents two days later 1.49, next day 1.99. can crush pineapple .89 cent, next week 1.18, next 1.37. Goya coconut water .98 cents, next 1.27, now 1.37. So, Aldi Corporate Executives, show the consumers your low prices what store, and what state. Everything going up except pay check. With prices as shown above, I would rather go to ShopRite. Everything going up, just because Government opens the door for business to ripe citizens off, it's call price gulging. Aldi, WalMart, ShopRite, etc. I put you in the hall of shame. Aldi show your customers the low prices. Each week your prices rise to the top. So, for that I give you a zero. Aldi need to train some of their cashier's customer service skills. Young man work in Aldi in union have the demeanor of a rattlesnake. He's the type of person that do not need to be working in public because he doesn't have the skills knowledge professionalism mannerism anything. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Aldi, and I was thoroughly impressed! The store layout was simple and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience efficient and enjoyable. I loved the wide selection of products, from fresh produce to pantry staples, all at remarkably low prices.

The store brand products tasted great and often rivaled name brands, offering fantastic value for money.

I also appreciated the quick checkout process; the staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring I was in and out without any hassle. Plus, I love that you can bring your own bags to reduce waste—every little bit helps!

I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience at your [1020 Commerce Ave Union NJ] involving one of your store managers. While I have always appreciated Aldi’s commitment to customer service and efficiency, I felt compelled to share this feedback regarding an interaction that did not reflect the company’s standards.

During my visit on [10/20/2024], the manager on duty exhibited behavior that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. Specifically, she very rude and didn’t know how to say excuse me. She beep the horn of her fork lift to everyone n her way. This type of behavior not only affected my shopping experience but also seemed out of alignment with the level of service I have come to expect from Aldi.
