My daughter has been attending The Learning Experience in Union, NJ, since she was just six months old, and now, at 4 ½ years old, she is getting ready to move on. This has truly been more than just a school for her—it has been like a second home.
The administration is incredibly supportive and always available to help, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring for parents. The teachers are absolutely amazing—caring, patient, and dedicated. My daughter adores them and speaks about them with so much love and excitement. She has grown tremendously, both academically and socially, during her time here. She has made wonderful friends and developed essential social skills that will benefit her for years to come.
One of the things I love most about The Learning Experience is the amazing curriculum. She has learned so much—phonics, numbers, community events, philanthropy, and even manners. They incorporate so many fun and engaging activities, such as book fairs, pajama days, pizza parties, dress-up days, and spirit weeks, making learning exciting and enjoyable.
On top of all that, as a parent of a child with multiple allergies, I truly appreciate how well they have cared for her. They have always been diligent in ensuring she avoids any allergens, giving me peace of mind that she is in safe hands every day.
What sets this center apart is the genuine care and love they show for each child. They don’t just teach—they nurture, support, and encourage. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my daughter, and we will always be grateful for the amazing start they have given her.
If you're looking for a place where your child will be safe, loved, and given the best early education experience, The Learning Experience – Union is the perfect choice.
Thank you to the entire staff for making these...
Read moreI will start by saying my kids have been with TLE for a long time my two older boys were with TLE since they where infants they are now graduates of TLE and are doing well in kindergarten thanks to the teachers that they had in the past and they are no longer there. TLE union use to be amazing now I feel like it has declined. My youngest is currently attending and is in the toddler class let me start saying the class has 18 children to two teachers which I feel is a lot and I was not aware of this until recently when they started allowing parents to drop their children off in the classroom secondly the communication is lacking as parents the teachers at least from my experience barely communicate with us on what is going on with our child and when it comes to unexpected school closings we are not notified until last minute. I also had an issue with my son teacher Julia she seem to not like her job and is never pleaseant or happy or around the parents or children when I ask about my son development I am always brushed off Ive heard other parents complain about her attitude as well I feel working with children you must love what you do and I don't think she enjoys being there I brought that up to front staff and seem like no change has been made. A good thing about the school is that they do have a cirrculum and activties such as the trunk or treat. I feel that the school really needs to improve their communication with staff and some of the teachers attitude...
Read moreTo echo these other 5-star reviews, we cannot say enough positive things about TLE Union and their wonderful team. Our son (19 mos.) has been attending since he was 9 months old, and it has been a joy seeing how happy and well cared for he is. If the overwhelmingly positive reviews aren't enough, it really says something when you come to TLE and see nothing but happy teachers, kids, and parents every day. There is a strong sense of community and pride, and most importantly our son is always happy when he comes home from school.
For any first-timers like us, you'll appreciate the structured school-day full of fun activities that help kids learn important social skills and every day routines. This has helped us maintain structure at home, especially with mealtimes and naps. Their lesson plans build important communication skills like sign language, learning basic shapes, colors, letters and numbers. All of which have contributed to lasting memories as we enjoy watching our little one grow.
Considering these challenging times that we're living in I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the peace of mind we felt, leaving our little one in the care of TLE Union during this pandemic. Since the day their doors reopened the staff has done an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe and healthy, and remind us of the important role that parents play in keeping our community safe as well. We are so grateful to the hard-working teachers and staff...
