Been here a couple of times, last visit I traded in a bag of item's and used the in store credit to get gears of war 3, burn out, and Fallout: New Vegas, when I got home the Fallout game didn't work (the game wouldn't even load) and cleaning it did nothing, so today I went back to the store with my receipt and told the guy working that it didn't work and asked to get a exchange, he tested the game and it of course didn't load for him either and then he ran it through a cleaning machine a couple of times which didn't work at first, after the first couple of times cleaning it he asked where the sticker that was on the center of the disk went and I told him I had taken it off (I took it off when cleaning it at home) he told me that they put the stickers on the more expensive games and that because I removed it he couldn't exchange it for another copy but that he would try to run it through the machine a couple more times, he ended up getting it to work so when I got home I attempted to install it to my xbox360 and it failed to install on top of that it keeps freezing at the loading screens, so now not only did this location get the iteams I traded in they also screwed me out of a game that costed more than the other 2 I got and refuse to exchange it even when I have the receipt. I will not be going back to this location and I would highly recommend having them test any game you buy from them in front of you before you leave the store. (Response to owner: I already tried to install it to the xbox360 and it won't work, that's what happens when you sell a defective product and refuse to exchange it even when someone has the receipt, no other store I have been to puts a "warranty" sticker around the center of the more expensive games like Fallout and then refuses to replace the game without that sticker. I had the receipt which at every other place i have been to would have been enough, on top of that one of the gamecube remotes you sold me i just recently found out doesn't work right as well. I will not be coming back to this location or giving my business to any other Game depot again, I will be going to gamestop that is not that far away from this location or other Game stores in the area that actually have respect and fix problems that they are responsible for rather than making the customer feel as though it's there fault. Simply asked for a solder point to be soldered back because yes it is possible if motherboard and adapter is not damaged.. Cell phone repair "cpr" quoted me 60 bucks if it only needed to be soldered back into position this Jackie here told me 150 because he'd rather replace the whole adapter claiming you could not reuse the same one.. This is the reason why smaller stores shut down eventually bad information him trying to make excuses on why he needed to upcharge and replace stuff that didn't need replacing..
