Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Union

Whoever is the franchise owner should fire the manager and the tall guy on the cook line. Yall are embarrassing. Your order will be ready in 3 minutes.... isn't ready for an additional 50. Pizza looked like absolute garbage. Every time I order here my order is never ready on time, and every time, they are overwhelmed by a typical busy night. Pro tip. Try verifying the pizza exists before you say it will be ready instead of guessing. Maybe get another hotbox for the Pizza that is ready since there is clearly not enough space. Maybe hire a manager that takes the lead instead of running around like a headless chicken. Maybe take your time making the Pizza and it will turn out good instead of rushing it while not saucing it. I've seen several crews of 18 year olds in Tennessee do a better job while handling 10x the business you guys get on your busiest day. Also? In the hour I was there, I heard cut table comment a dozen times about how you weren't making any wings. Quit ignoring your staff?...

Ordered delivery last night. Spent over $85. Placed the order around 7:35pm. The estimated time of delivery was 8:11pm. At 8:20 still no food so I called the store and the person that answered said the delivery girl was delivering to three other homes at the same time as mine and should be arriving soon. At 8:35 our pizza finally arrived. It was cold and we were missing our hot wings. I called back to the store and was told that the hot wings were still sitting on the rack and would be delivered immediately. They finally arrived about 20 mins later just barely warm. We normally order Domino's because the prices are cheaper, they are fast, and the food arrives hot. We wanted Pizza Hut last night because the pizza usually tastes better and the wings are amazing. Looks like we are going back to Domino's! Until we can dine in! Really disappointed by the service! They should not deliver to more than one address at a time! On our most recent visit 8/8/24 we were the only people in the diningroom and it took over 40 minutes to get our order. So I'm done with our local pizza hut.

Ever since covid our local pizza hut has been hit and miss. The pizza is usually decent but the revolving door of employees has some not trained correctly. I have been ordering a personal pan supreme since I was 15 years old and black olives has always been one of the toppings. Well today I ordered and it came without black olives so I pointed it out to my server and although she was very nice about it I was informed since there are already so many toppings on a supreme there simply wasn't room for them on it so it didn't come with them not to mention I wasn't offered any refills on my drink until I was already finished and ready to leave. The total for 2 personal pan pizzas and 2 drinks was a little over 23 dollars plus I left a tip so having my pizza made correctly and drink refills are not too...
