Yum Yum Pie — Restaurant in Union

He has it going on. Everything I've tried here is absolutely amazing if this is your type of food. We are so happy that we finally have one close to the house, all the buns, fried pies,dumplings, soups are amazing. Tonight we got the pork plate with rice and spinach soup 😳😳, O my gosh the flavors of all his food is on point. I hope this business stays around for a long time. Update 08/03 I have to say this is my go-to every time I'm home yesterday I stopped by right before they opened and he took a huge order for me we're working in South Carolina and I was going to make the 14-hour drive back. This place is great and the server was very kind. We ordered the pork and Napa dumplings, the pork and chive bao (which were really big!) and tomato egg drop soup.

The dumplings wrappers had great chew, the bao were light and fluffy and the tomato egg drop soup tasted like it just came out of the garden. Everything was hot and freshly cooked! We only wish we had more of the sauce, which I think was a mix of soy and black vinegar (would maybe have liked some some chili oil for spice, too). They only serve take out ( maybe coz pandemic) so i ordered dumpling onion and it tasted so good ( I'd been going to asian restaurants in US and all tasted not even like authentic asian food. We ate in our car n the owner came out n gave us 2 cold mineral water. Wow so nice of him. After that we ordered bao for the snacks on the road.
