Great Eight Cinema — Local services in Union

I feel like there's no care and pride in the business here. The floor is so gross and it's the first thing you see when you walk in the door. The owners should top to bottom clean the place. Even if you can't afford to upgrade things, at least keep what you do have clean. Hire someone to clean that carpet if you can't replace it. It made me nervous about the cleanliness of the food and drink situation. The low ticket price on a Tuesday was a nice accident! When you have another theater close by, the little things can go a long way. The popcorn seasoning display at the ticket counter was icky too. Use that ticket counter or revamp it. And print out your movie signs. I'm not trying to be rude, just trying to throw out small suggestions that would make me feel like you all care about your business and make me want to come back. The kids behind the counter seemed a little overwhelmed but were doing there best, so maybe the tickets separately would be nice on busier days. The movie picture was good. Sound was fine, seats kept flopping back, but we just moved to some better...

Went to see the 1pm showing of Mission Impossible. Parked right in front of the front door and tried the front door at 12:30p; locked. Called the theater and asked if they were open; they stated they were; let them know we tried the door and it was locked and the worker said, rudely, “no it’s not.” We said we tried it and it was locked and we’ll try again. As we were walking up, we watched the worker unlock the door and laugh as he walked back to the concession stand. We walked in to get the tickets and both younger boys working were looking at us like we were interrupting their day. Got the super combo with two drinks and large popcorn. After we totaled out, we said “thanks!” The kid said, “yeah.”

Super rude staff.

Movie had a broken chair and super noisy chairs when reclining . Movie previews were only audio and no video with what sounded like one broken speaker. Wanted to bring it up to the staff but after already been treated rudely and accused of lying about the door , we didn’t want another rude experience. Sadly, I Would not recommend...

I went and took my kid to see breakfast club it was supposed to start at 4:00 p.m. at around 4:20 we went to ask a front while the movie wasn't playing yet I forgot to play it I'm sorry 15 minutes later we went back up front to ask him why it wasn't still playing play kid act like you stole his soul he was acting like he was nervous and she sent it on my boss ain't here I don't know how to do it in these freaking out right it was the most craziest thing I've ever seen a kid acting like that so they finally figured out how to give us our money back we even talked to ourselves when we got there and maybe we shouldn't go see this movie the place was so dirty stains everywhere and stunk it was so dirty it was still candy boxes on the floor in the theater that we were in it wasn't even playing a movie 🎥 nope never again I won't go there if you guys want to see a good movie and a clean environment and go...
