I purchased a ball and shoes appropriately a year ago, the finger holes on the ball were drilled too small and have been hurting my fingers since. I called up this weekend to see when the pro shop was open, in hopes of having the holes drilled out a little bit wider. I was told Kenny would be in the shop Monday and Tuesday 6p-8p. I arrived Monday at 6p and waited about 20 minutes before Kenny appeared. Kenny was rude to speak with and informed me he isn't working and wanted to watch his son bowl, so he wouldn't be helping me and I can come back whenever he is working. Had he been more polite about it, I would have completely understood him wanting to watch his son bowl and come back another time. Had he even given me the time of day to ask when he would be back, I would worked a time out to return but he did not.

This was an awful experience as I spent my money at this shop and trusted him to do it right the first time, which he did not. I was also going to buy a pair of shoes for a friend, but wasn't even afforded that opportunity as Kenny was rude and rushed me out of the shop by shutting the lights off and motioning for me to leave. Mind you, I patiently waited at the front counter while two employees went and searched for him. Do not waste your money in this shop as they clearly do not care...

Don't be too greedy. Folks used to be welcome to bring in a store bought cake, but now we can't. Folks used to be welcome to schedule a bday party, without buying some package with a "price per child", which only rich folks are gonna be able to afford. Now I see how you're trying to get the money for maintenece for the arcade games & for the extra electricity being used for them. I will never recommend your business to anyone looking for an affordable place to go to spend their bday, til those prices per child go much down, and you allow store bought cakes in! Not everyone who wants to have a bday celebration there is a child. Even 10yrs ago I wasn't a child and had a small bday celebration there, and was allowed to have a store bought cake in. I'm never coming back! I was gonna go behind your dang counter to steal food. Never make someone wait over an hour for food & drinks especially for someone who needs sugar certain times. And it don't matter if someone used a groupon or not. A paying customer is a paying customer, to be treated...

We loved having our son's bday party here. One hour of bowling and twenty minutes of video gaming was perfect for us. It came also with two pizzas and two pitchers of soda. The kids were able to get through about 1 1/2 games of bowling during which we had the pizza delivered, so they ate pizza while bowling. Afterwards, we ate the cake, opened the presents at our station. Finally we took some photos as a group, and headed toward the front to play the video games. I cleaned up the bowling station while my husband supervised the games and by the time the video games were over the parents were picking up. Kids were able to take home prizes from their winning ticketed games as well as a favor I sent them home with. We had 8 boys and it was perfect. We bowled four boys on each lane and I think that was great because the game moved quickly and no one got bored.
