I’ve used Unity for a host of paper printing in the past, and normally would get the items delivered. They always have super fast turn around time and the shipping is lightning fast.

Last month, I opted to pick up an order from their office, and noticed they had a lot of other promotional items available for customization as well. (I never knew, but I should have, I just never paid attention to the emails they sent at a reasonable pace) so when I needed hats and shirts, hoodies and laser engraved Yeti mugs, I asked my contact Joe at Unity what he could do… and the answer was “all of that,” and as usual, they completed the items fast and I had them at my door in literally 3 days. All custom promo items… That’s faster than ordering anything online which I would need customized.

Recently, I happened upon a very nice personal humidor that I was given at a reception, included in a “swag bag” and I called Joe to see if he could source a similar item for me. I was SHOCKED when Joe dropped a sample of an even nicer humidor at my office the next day, already with my company logo laser engraved in the leather wrapped around the stainless steel shell. I ordered several dozen of them immediately and NOT to my surprise, had the cases of completed customized items in 3 days.

Unity is my ONLY printer for a lot more than business cards, letterheads, and envelopes now. They’re fast. High quality. I speak to actual person when I call. And pricing… still somehow less than anywhere else I’ve...

They have a template that allows you to put more digits into the phone number space and then it adds a +1 . 1 and then your phone number. Your whole phone number will then be missing the last digit or digits based on there program. On review before print it onlu shows your phone number making it look correct. Then when they ship your business cards it will not be correct. They will then deny the mistake and blame you for their system generating an incorrect number you did not input. They are horrible and will not stand with integrity to their flawed system amd you will be stuck with $100 worth of garbage. Beware other companies do not have this flawed templet and your information can not be input incorrectly. Use a better company if you want quality...
