So folks, I have eaten ALOT of ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, and custard across the country, but few have the quality these brothers are making!

It is Ice Cream, very old fashioned soda shop style, the higher milk fat content is a big part of the texture, and they have the mixing process down.

Flavors: The caramelized/nutty flavors are very good 7 out of 10, Coconut is 9 out of 10 with flakes added for texture. The fruit flavors are more tart than sweet, maybe because the last batch of fruit was not ripe enough, but it does make them refreshing, and with these also not overly sweetened. Peach and Strawberry...they have alot of flavors to choose from 15+! They will sell in bulk quanity, and the pricing is very good for what you get too. $2.75 for a scoop or $6.75 for three, in a waffle cone or cup. Will be back to try Paletas! Summertime...
