Without a doubt, the worst run Walgreens I've ever seen. Literally every single time I go there, some issue arises on a prescription. It's unbelievable how bad it is and how consistently terrible it is.
Whatever you do, go to another Walgreens. It's worth the extra 10 min drive to find a different one.
Today was no different than any other time I've gone there.. Got there to pickup a script at 10:30am. It's not ready. They say to come back in 45. I wait 3 hrs. I get a voicemail and email from Walgreens saying the script is ready. Then I go to pick it up and they say they don't have the drug in and that I need to come back. I question that. Then they say they actually do have it but it's not filled yet. I tell them that's ridiculous and recount to them what's happened in the last 5 hours since my doctor called in the script. The lady at the window is clueless. As usual.
I then ask to speak to the manager. I wait. And wait. And wait. And finally the the pharmacist comes to the window and says never mind, the script is ready and she apologizes. I ask why these things keep happening and she is obviously used to having these discussions.
Whomever the mystery manager is, they need to be fired or they need to completely change the people working there and how the store is being operated.

I just left the store looking for a product and not only did she stop doing what she was doing at the moment to help me, she proceeded to look all over the store for it even after I told her to not worry. She saw in her little machine that there were a couple bottles of the product I was looking for and was determined to help me find it. I had to leave as I had groceries in my car and she took my name and number and told me she’ll call me if more of it arrives on the next shipment. Left a Next Day fedex package here Tuesday Nov 01, 2022, noticed no movement in fedex tracking nov 02, nov 03 and nov 04. Went in and there it was, Friday afternoon still on the counter, in the outgoing bin where staff had placed it on Tuesday. On Tuesday when I dropped the package off, the staff tokd ne that it would be picked up Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.
