Do not shop at this location. Do not place orders online for "curbside pickup."
I placed an order online a week ago for a puzzle that was listed as "available for curb-side pickup." When I never got a follow-up from the store, I tried calling. No one answered either of my two calls -- which were placed during store hours as listed on the website (further, there's no message on the answering machine or anything to even indicate that I had actually reached the store). I still left a message though, and no one called me back.
Finally this morning, the store manager (apparently) answered the phone. She was extremely rude during the course of the whole conversation. She asked me what I had ordered, and then summarily just said -- no, we don't have that in stock. She didn't even ask for my order number. When I expressed confusion, she just said that my order had been "cancelled" and that they must have forgotten to call me. That's terrible service, and disappointing with Christmas now just a few days away.
To make matters significantly worse, when I was trying to ask if I could receive a confirmation of any kind that I will not be charged for the order (because I had not received any official word that the order was cancelled), she literally hung up on me!
This store has no business being open. Your website has no business taking orders and credit card information for orders that you apparently have no intention of legitimately attempting to fulfill.
Will not be shopping at Paper...

Sasha was always available to answer our questions, provide feedback, and talk us through the process. We spent quite some time over a few visits looking at all of the options.
