Terrible company and customer service. I paid for expedited shipping to arrive Thursday. They didn’t ship my item until Wednesday night (3 days after ordering). When contracting customer service they gave me the runaround with excuses. I asked for a refund. They said they would try to retrieve the package even though it had shipped (didn’t know they could do this). UPS stopped shipment and returned to them. They never refunded me ($200) or would email me back! Sadly had to dispute with bank. I was visiting Minnesota and stopped to do some shopping at MOA. While walking by a store, the Normal Brand caught my eye. I went in and left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. I absolutely love all of them and they have become my new favorite brand. The store manager was very friendly and helpful.
