OMG!!! I arrived at the Byrd on Sunday at 3:20 pm and was looking for a Chanel Bag with my boyfriend. As soon as I arrived the worker currently on duty by the name of Allison looked up from her computer and continued to work on her computer as though we weren't even there. I greeted her and asked her for the prices of the two particular chanel bags that I was interested in. She again as she sat at the computer said, "ummm...I'm not sure... i think it's... well..ummm.." she finally got up, showed us the prices and got right back on her computer... she didn't say another word after that. Poor, poor customer service! I planned on spending quite a bit of money there and with that sort of customer service will never again go to that store and will recommend to my family and friends that they steer far away from there as well.
