MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Ladue

Very disappointed by my latest experience at MOD. I used to come multiple times a week during the summer because of the location to my other activities. I used to love how kind the staff was as well as the quality and quantity for the value. But not anymore!

The ingredients station was so dirty that I almost didn't want to order anything. 😫 I also noticed that the size of the MOD pizza is smaller than it used to be, despite the same price point. They were also out of some ingredients and there was major cross contamination issues between the other ingredients. Furthermore, the tables were dirty and sticky.

Maybe they had a busy lunch and never rebounded by 2pm on a Saturday, but it is no excuse to leave the whole restaurant dirty. Especially when the food station is in view of the customers. I do not think I will be back to MOD anytime soon and that is disappointing considering the staff used to remember me since I...

I had a terrible experience at MOD Pizza on Ludo. I visited with my kids and ordered two pizzas to take home. When we opened the pizzas at home, they were completely burned and inedible. I called the store to complain, and they told me to come back to speak with the manager and to bring the burned pizzas. When I arrived, they started making the same pizzas again, but when I asked for a refund, the manager rudely told me I could either have the new pizzas or a refund—not both.

It was incredibly frustrating to make a trip home only to have to return to the store without any form of compensation for the inconvenience. The manager was unprofessional, unethical, and rude. She clearly lacks customer service skills and this was the worst experience I've ever had at MOD Pizza. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. The MOD pizza management should hire highly qualified managers instead of people...

I was missing many toppings from both my pizzas. I went back to ask for them to be added, and the worker had an attitude. She responded by saying, "What, like now?" Then she said they were out of them, and I pointed to several missing items. She then claimed she did not make my pizzas, when I had seen her make them while standing in the store. She was the only one adding toppings at that time. She got someone else to add two of my missing toppings. I didnt even ask for them to warmed up. This was after I had waited exactly 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. She had a lot of attitude for no reason. She never once said sorry about the mess up or anything.

Update: They sent me a free pizza coupon so I went back and it was a much better experience. My food was ready, the employees we're nice, they forgot one topping but...
