Had VERY POOR service receiving 8 glasses ordered. First shipment: 4 out of 8 glasses were broken. I cut my finger taking photos of each broken glass as REQUIRED for replacement. Second shipment: Received 4 new glasses, but they were the WRONG ONES! Customer service was nice but couldn't authorize 4 of the correct glasses to be sent from the store in Preston Center in Dallas and couldn't confirm if the glasses were available in other locations. When I called the store myself, I was treated VERY RUDELY by Kendall, the Store Manager. She wouldn't allow me to speak but continuously talked over me while I was explaining the situation to her. This young lady has no business being in retail if she can't handle problem resolution with a customer without being rude.
On the upside, Swoozies has cute items for school-aged girls. They have a few things that are adult appropriate as well. The truth is I like the store, but I'm extremely disappointed in their online fulfillment process and the way I was treated by Kendall at the Preston Center store. It will be a VERY LONG TIME before I purchase from them again. My suggestion: if you like something online, go to one of the retail locations....with the exception of the one in Preston...

It was complete silence for what felt like a very long time. I believe I was unwanted there. It was a very slow day - not busy at all. A few other customers walked in and one of them was spoken to, not all. Very uncomfortable. There were 4, what I thought, employees there. A man, 3 ladies. I got in my car and called a few friends and asked had it always been like that? I can’t get it off mind. Now I have had several failed experiences with them and the lack of customer service is disappointing. This last experience was for a client and sent off stationary that was incomplete. I have paid for stationary, printing, shipping and return shipping, taken them back and now, 2 weeks later, they are being shipped back to recipient just as they were shipped to her the first time…incomplete.
