Very disappointing customer service experience. I had to go in the store to exchange some clothes i bought online for a different size. The cashier absolutely did not show empathy and was very cold the entire time. --A very simple exchange turned out to be a 30-minute long process because she did not know what she was doing and had to have her store manager next to her very often. --They wanted me to pay extra for an exchange just because the sale ends which i was unhappy about. Throughout the entire process i did not feel welcome and understood. They did not advocate the best interest for customers. --The cashier asked for both my phone number and email address FOUR times, two of which she got my email wrong...She could have written down on a piece of paper instead of asking customer the same question four times. I was very unsatisfied with their customer services which i had no problem before. Store manager needs to hire someone who can show empathy and be able to provide better...
Read moreNot one single employee greeted me as I walked in. There were three on the floor so I know I was seen by at least one of them. They were not by any means busy either. Felt a little discriminated against since two separate groups were greeted coming in shortly after me. They even went on to tell them about a sale going on. Which no one mentioned that to me. I even passed an employee while I had something in my hand, she didn’t even ask me if I was finding everything okay. That’s like the typical standard. Nothing. Felt completely ignored which is a shame. I’ve bought plenty of Athleta leggings because I love the Salutation 7/8. Felt like buying some items I’ve had my eye on, but completely turned off by their customer service. So I put it back. Might have to reconsider giving my business to this company if they only like to help & cater to certain customers that fit their “look”....
