Incredibly pleased with my purchase. I walked in and was immediately swooped under the wing of Erika (sorry if I'm mispelling the name) who is obviously going to do some great things in her life because of the genuine care and professionalism she showed to not only myself but to others she was serving. If I could not have heard her with other customers, I would not have ever guessed I wasn't her only one with the individual attention she gave me. She gave me honest opinions, brushed away insecurities with encouragement and was patient while I tried on over a dozen bras. She truly went above and beyond even going as far as to look online for different colors of a bra I was interested in. She is the embodiment of a spirit of excellence and will be successful in anything she wants to do because of it. I will recommend Soma to every woman I know. Without Erika I probably would have left with the same old ratty bra I have been wearing for years. The bras are great but the associates show you what a right fit looks like and gets your through the trying on process 100x faster.

Really good experience initially. A little hiccup setting up my reward account. When I returned to make a return, I realized my reward account was never set up. The gal that returned my item with a trainee was not really nice about it and referred me to a 1-866 no for their customer service. I was turned off by her. I spent an hour on the phone trying to set it up and getting the credit for my purchase. Today , the purchase never showed so I chatted with customer service to get it to show up and it did! It was about 35 min to chat. Their customer service is excellent and so nice! The store employees are all nice except for the one I encountered the second time. I love the products though and do recommend this store. Just verify they set up your rewards acct because it’s time consuming to get it corrected and the store will do nothing to correct their mistake. You should see the rewards account on...

Greeted warmly. Staff wasn’t pushy. Ended up getting measured for proper fit. Dee was amazing. Another staff member helped as well (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!) and she was excellent too. Dee explained all the different undergarment types. Again, no pressure. My daughter and I were there on a Tuesday and basically had the store to ourselves. Parking is easy and free. Store was very organized and clean. Fitting rooms were spacious. I prefer this store to the one at Polaris Mall. I got overwhelmed at Polaris and walked out with nothing.
