Chico's — Local services in Upper Arlington

I love this place. They always have a good taste in cloths. Employees are very nice ladies and always smile to you and very friendly. Maybe the one thing i do not like that it is expensive, so i recommend that you make an account with them (not a credit or debit card), which will give you %5 off everytime you shop with them, you just give them your phone number or show the reward card they will give to you. Also make sure to include your email in your info given to them so you can see the offers and deals. They will also send some coupons in the mail. I have been calling the Lane Ave Chico's store all day today and the number keeps having a messaage: "Please call back the number cannot be reached at this time". I double checked the number on Google and after hours of this I called the WHBM store which I frequent just a few doors down & asked if the store had closed, and the clerk at WHBM indicated that the Chico's store was still open and there should be someone there. I just went to this store today. There were two clerks, one trainee and one other customer. Not one clerk greeted or even looked at me. I walked around the store a couple of times and was holding a blouse to try on. I know they saw me because I complemented the other customer trying on a dress in front of a clerk. I’m not sure if the area is so wealthy that they only cater to their regular customers. I was prepared to buy the blouse but under the circumstances, I will probably never return to that...
