1cor6:19 is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a gym for my whole life. I’ve been one to join a gym then fizzle out after a few weeks. Yes, weeks! Lol! The owners Devon and Niki are amazing! They truly care about your entire well being…body, mind, spirit, and soul. I’ve been training with Niki for the past few months and I look forward to going every time. She is so knowledgeable. She keeps things interesting and changes things up. She provides a perfect balance of encouragement and challenge that I need. This gym is special and unique…definitely feel like family! They offer so much in one place…private training to group training to individually working out to classes. They even offer massage therapy, red light sauna sessions, and nutritional support. Niki and Devon changed my life. I was hesitant about joining any gym post-pandemic; too many companies take advantage of anyone who wants to better themselves after such an insane time. They prey on the deepest insecurities to fill their deepest pockets. Not 1 COR. Niki and Devon are incredible people, not just phenomenal trainers. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym setting; I actually look forward to my workout sessions! It has become such an important part of my weekly routine, because just like my newfound respect for fitness, Niki and Devon are so important to me; they have become like family. Came here with a CLASSPASS appointment which was very cost efficient on my end. I was informed almost right away by Niki (?) they had ended their subscription with class pass already and had reached out to cancel my appointment. Unfortunately class pass didn’t reach out to me so I still came out (45 min from my house).

I let her know I drove kinda far for this and asked she still please allow me to do it and she accommodated. She was very very nice about it and allowed me to still do 45 min instead of the typical 30. I came to find out that the price is extremely more expensive than the class pass and that’s why they canceled it.
