Burlington — Local services in Upper Macungie Township

This review is based solely on my experience today With Ashley. Im not one to make bad reviews, but im mortified about my experience. I am a new mother and have been home working full time with my new baby, my husband came home and wanted to grab dinner, I figured I’ll just run out fast and return a hoodie that I got from here a few days ago because after finally taking everything out we bought to put it away I noticed the hoodie looked kind of dingy and had a small stain, when I realized it was 30 dollars I was like “ok I’ll just return it” the way the lady disrespected me was insane. I said to her, do you really think that a hoodie can be worn out like that in the matter of four days? I bought ALOT of stuff the day I got that and my daughter has a tendency of just throwing things in the cart without really inspecting them .Ashley said “idk look at what you’re wearing” referring to my sweater that had a wet mark from breast milk on it, mind you…the store is full the line is backed up I was so upset and embarrassed. I asked for her name and said I would be reporting her to corporate cause I couldn’t believe how horrible she was to me. Her co worker then proceeded to yell at me and say no mam you’re wrong while he was waiting on other customers (how embarrassing) she finally gave me my refund and looked at me and said do you have one cent ? I said, no I used tap to pay….she goes oh you don’t have any money..ok! Like I was so desperate to return this to be able to have some money. I was so embarrassed, how hurtful of a person. Do you really have to take things that far? Even if I did somehow wear out that hoodie that bad in four days and stained it up just to return it after clearly SEEING (on my rewards) that I spend sooo much money there and never returned ANYTHING. She acted as if I was stealing money from her own pocket. I’m sorry but that was the one thing I returned because it was UNACCEPTABLE to lose money on something in the...

It’s unacceptable to have only two registers open on a Saturday at 4 PM, especially with the busy back-to-school season approaching. This is a peak shopping time, yet only two registers were open, it's unbelievable. Despite the store's evident profitability, they seem unwilling to hire more cashiers. The store is nice and clean however my husband, myself and our 1 yr old son were followed around the entire store by an under cover security guard. Every department we went through this guy was not far away. Maybe because my diaper bag is a back pack and I was wearing a hoodie but I’m a mom of a 1 yr old. I understand making sure the store is safe and I appreciate that but having this man follow us around made my experience very uncomfortable and...
