Beware. Outrageously high prices. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and the food is just ok, and although they dont have a bar they offer beer and some wine choices. Stopped in for dinner and ordered their shrimp lemoncello appetizer, a lobster and shrimp scampi over pasta, and shrimp in spicy tomatoes sauce over pasta. The shrimp lemoncello wasn't good. The bread was too soggy and soaked to a point you could squeeze out the oil from the bread slices. We ate the shrimp on top and left the wet bread. The shrimp with spicy sauce over pasta was just ok, and the shrimp and lobster scampi over pasta was also just ok but nothing spectacular . Word of caution, the prices are Extremely High on all dishes and in my opinion not worth it. Considering these were just pasta dishes with some shrimp and a small lobster tail, not filet mignon or a porter house steak, yet the prices are just as high and even higher than a steak house. In total for two people the bill was $122.00 without the tip, for two pasta dishes, and one appetizer. There was No Alcohol, No soda, No Dessert. All we had was water. I almost considered getting a kids size meal which was still pricey, after experiencing the sticker shock on the adult menu . Prices are outrageously high and the food doesn't justify those prices. I understand prices have increased everywhere , but not to this level for pasta. Maybe they are trying to compensate for the lack of traffic and business in their restaurant and expect people to pay those kind of prices for pasta. Just because you can charge outrageous prices doesn't mean you should, which speaks volumes for the lack of customers and why the restaurant is empty. Hopefully they adjust their pricing to make it more reasonable. I don't mind paying for a great meal , but their prices do not justify what you are served. It is not worth the price you pay for what you get and i refuse to spend that kind of money on a pasta dish again. This will be my last time eating at this restaurant. Beware!!!!

While working in Allentown, PA this week, a local coworker recommended this spot, and I’m so glad we checked it out. We visited on a Wednesday evening and were seated immediately, as there was only one other table occupied when we arrived. The restaurant offers plenty of seating both indoors and out on the patio. Since it was hot and raining, we chose to dine inside. The interior is beautifully designed with a cozy, authentic Italian feel that adds to the overall dining experience. Our server was friendly and welcoming, greeting us right at the door and returning quickly to take our drink orders. The menu is extensive—there are tons of options to choose from, which made it tough to decide. I ended up ordering the Spicy Fried Chicken Jalapeño Sandwich with a side of fries. I enjoy spicy food, and this sandwich absolutely delivered. The jalapeño sauce was rich, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread tasted freshly baked—possibly even house-made—and really elevated the entire sandwich. The fries were standard, but they came out hot, crisp, and well-seasoned. Overall, this was a great dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all on point. I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits and look forward to exploring more items from their massive menu.

Our party of six waited just a few minutes for them to put two table’s together. Shortly after our waitress came to the table to check in with us and get us started with glasses of water. After we placed our food order, we were presented with complimentary salads that included vinaigrette dressing (I enjoyed the salad). I then ordered the chicken wings (sweet chili) which were on special and the shrimp Alfredo. The food was delicious. The prices are higher than what we’re are used to compared to the restaurants in Philadelphia but what we didn’t like was the automatic credit card fee charged to the bill. It was a surprise to see but if we had not used a card to pay a portion of the bill, we would have requested that be removed. None of us have every seen a credit card fee added to a restaurant bill. It would be best practice to notify the diner(s) that this is your policy.

This place was horrible, the owner was insulting after we started asking why it was taking over 1 1/2 hours to just get salads. We had 30 people to celebrate our son and girlfriends graduation fromcollege. We even called days prior to make sure there were no hiccups and since it was multiple families we asked if it was a problem that we all needed separate checks and got the all good with that. So after we inquired about the time just getting any food we were informed by the owner that everything would be on one check and the families could figure out how to pay each other back. Then when we asked what the problem was and he said it wasn't his problem and that he would never have any parties this big. Which made us ask him if he couldn't handle it then why didn't he just tell us on the phone and we would have made other place arrangements. He started throwing his hands about and raising his voice so much that everyone outside with us stopped and looked at him. Then he lost it when he was told that he needed to calm down I mean it should be us yelling and upset with the service. He was very unprofessional and told us we must be used to microwaved food, and I told him no some of us were real Italians and were just used to having really good food not his food. We won't be back and it's not just because one thing it is several things. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or money we spent over 600.00 for soggy salads, and a lot of sub par meals. The waitresses which were only 2 for our party which is just bad cordinations by management. They tried their best, but then the owner must have sent out his brother because this skinny old guy with white hair was eavesdropping while he trying to bust tables. I asked him was he part of management and he said no he was just helping out well your really late to the party to help out when everyone is now leaving. Like I said skip over this place your only missing a bad food and...

Food is good for the most part. My complaint is how they handle and potentially abuse a certain delivery app. Fiorentina only uses Uber Eats because Uber will no longer refund missing, incorrect, or improperly cooked portions or items in their orders. Nearly every time I order through Uber Eats here my meal is missing at least one item I ordered. I have never had this consistent of an issue with any other restaurant.

Because they only use Uber Eats due to that platform’s exceedingly strict refund policies and complete lack of customer service even for Uber One accounts, customers are frequently left with no alternative but to pay for food they never receive or poor quality food from this establishment. If you report this to Uber, they will flag and lock your account then proceed to simply ignore you.

The only reason I write this review is that this has happened to me, without fail, nearly every time I have ordered from here (about 11 times total now) and it makes me now wonder if this is a way to increase the restaurant’s margins by not providing food and goods that were paid for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long now, but this is a serious pattern of missing items and Uber is now refusing to make refunds from this establishment because of it. The missing item is usually something like an $8 dessert or $10 side item that they always fail to provide with the orders even though it was paid for. To make it worse, refunds are refused even with photographic and video evidence that the item was never received from this establishment.

I highly recommend people think twice about using Uber Eats to order from Fiorentina...
