Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Upper Moreland Township

I've been shopping there for over 20 years. Today I went to make my first return. I had purchased two pairs of slippers for a gift using my 40 percent off coupon. When I purchased these I asked if I could return one as I wasn't sure which size would fit my mother. She chose the one that apparently the discount didn't apply to. They refused to give me the full price back instead of applying the discount to the pair that I kept thus causing me to lose the discount that I had earned. Poor customer service....

The one saleswoman here was incredibly rude. I have my first holiday tree so I purchased ornaments and needed hooks. I absentmindedly grabbed hooks for the Hallmark ornaments wall that were in a jar. I brought them up and was chidingly asked 3 times how I'd hang it on a tree. Silly mistake on my end as a newbie. But she wouldn't let up until I cut her off to show me where the right hooks are. You're there to help me as a customer - not to reprimand me. Very unwelcoming....

The store is beautiful with lots of variety, but the service was lacking and almost insulting. They look at you like they can't believe you thought about shopping there, I guess if you don't past the paper bag test then you aren't welcome.
