I don’t think anyone could possibly find one bad thing to say about Rococo in Southampton. I had a major emergency where my suit jacket was completely destroyed ON the day of a wedding. (The wedding was in 4 hours). I called everywhere possible. Supply shortages, no correct sizes, tailoring would take too long, etc... Then, like a miracle, my fiancé called Rococo where we were greeted in the most professional and caring way possible. I was told to come right in. When I arrived, you would have thought I was a celebrity with the amount of urgency and preciseness I was met with. In less than 45 minutes, I had a suit picked out, and within the hour they had tailored it to my exact measurements. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone. The man there was disinterested and was more insulting than anything when measuring my husband for his tux. Unfortunately my husband trusted it to fit and the day of the event was a disaster. His pants were literally falling off of him and he had to belt the tux and was uncomfortable all day. I told him to say something when he returned it but he is no the type to complain. Im sure we would have been told that he should have tried it on but the pants were so grossly big that it was almost as if they gave us the wrong tux, or this man had no idea had to measure someone. Rocco seemed disinterested in me or my business, maybe I came too close to closing but i just seemed like an annoyance to him. His wife was really friendly though. Maybe it's more for boomers. Also they don't carry any sizes in small and few in medium. He says, "no one makes those sizes".
