Absolutely do not take your fine jewelry here!! I took my engagement ring in to get a tip replaced. When I went back to pick it up, I commented that it looked like a different tip was now missing. The woman at the counter told me it was fine. However two weeks later when I went to wear it, it was obvious the tip was missing. When I went back to discuss the issue, another woman from the back of the store very rudely and condescendingly stated that I must’ve done it by possibly placing it in my purse. Trust me, I never place my engagement ring in my purse! They took zero responsibility. I should have known…. a fine jeweler that sells costume jewelry in the store should have been a telltale...
