Big apple Pizza station — Restaurant in Upper Township

Never coming back here again! Friday night I ordered a couple pizzas and apps on the online website. I put it under as delivery, with a confirmation code stating estimated delivery time but they got in on their end as pick up (it happens). After 90 minutes I called asking the eta and the rude cashier told me it's been here for 40 minutes. And I explain to her that it was a delivery and she immediately caught an attitude and told me I did it wrong. As I was talking she put me on hold and the manager picks up shortly after and started giving me attitude and was cutting me off when I was talking. I asked for a refund and he told me I had to wait until TUESDAY for the owner to do it. I asked if he could remake the apps so they weren't soggy and he agreed which I thought was nice. After picking up the food (with the manager NOT wearing a mask while cooking) and bringing it back to my house, he only remade the onion rings and not the wings. He probably just reheated them in the microwave. After 3 hours of eating, my daughter got sick and was vomiting all night. Safe to say, we are NEVER...

We had the Panzarotti’s haven’t had a Panzarotti in about 50 + years & I remember so well how absolutely delicious they were back then & these were nothing like I remember in the least. First of all my husband picked them up at the exact time that was showed when I ordered them on line we live not even 10 min from the Pizza Station & the Panzarotti’s were COLD I mean not even a bit warm which meant to me that they had been pre- made and sitting for a while, my owned a Pizzeria years ago & they would never send a customer out with cold food such as this Panzarotti was, the outside was not crispy they were flat & BLAH didn’t even look appetizing the mozzarella should have been stringy but it wasn’t because it was cold, had to warn them up but it really didn’t help. We were very hungry & of course we ate them but will NEVER order them again! Not a happy customer. To be honest giving a 1 Star review for the Panzarotti’s was too...

$45 dollars for a medium cheese pizza and 8 or 9 chicken tenders (no french fries, drinks or anything). I know costs are high but really? I asked for honey mustard and was then charged $.80 cents extra for a single small plastic container. While I am waiting for my order...I am watching the kid working the fryer vaping (blowing down on the food area) and texting on his cell phone. No washing of hands or anything between vaping and playing on his cell phone between packaging my food. I wouldn't have written any review if I had not witnessed the employee that clearly did not care for his job of working with peoples food. The normal place I order from was not answering their phone, so I figured I would try this place. Pizza was barely average. Will never order from this...
