LoveBird's Paradise — Local services in Urbandale

Very pleasant shopping experience. The store was clean, and the environment relaxing. I was greeted nicely, then left to browse on my own without any pressure.

Once I made my selection they got me checked out easily, and they gave me recommendations and were very helpful with my questions, even providing a few samples (and now I need to stop back to buy some more).

Updated 09/20/2022: I’ve stopped by LoveBird’s several more times since my initial review, and I’ve continued to have great experiences there.

I can’t reiterate enough how pleasant the store is. I’m always greeted with a smile, and am able to look around quietly when I need to, or ask all the questions I have. Being fairly new to some things, I’ve found I can ask questions and get helpful answers without feeling squeamish or embarrassed which has greatly helped my level of comfort in picking things out. When I find a new product that looks interesting that they don’t have, they check for availability or alternatives.

While previously I’ve been a “one and done” type visitor to adult stores, LoveBird’s has made me comfortable visiting more often and enabled me to explore more of my curiosities and expand...

I can not say enough great things about this store! When I first walked in, the place felt very welcoming and clean. It is decorated very nicely and I loved how things were organized in different little rooms. The prices were fantastic and there was a lot of variety to choose from. Very friendly, fun, helpful, easy to work with, and non judgmental service that, I felt like, went above and beyond to help us. My wife and I visited this store together and found everything we needed and more to spice things up! The products are great quality as well. I would rate above 5 stars if it were possible. My friends and I made a visit just to check the place out and ended up leaving with some goodies, along with a free goodie.
