If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I am so disgusted at the service I received... Customer service is completely horrible here.. I called today for an order in at 5:00 this afternoon after I placed my order I got a phone call from cloud letting me know that there was 16 people ahead of me that my order would be delivered at 8:30. To which I replied that I would be patient with them I understand they were busy and I was willing to wait. They thanked me and got off the phone at 9:15 p.m. I received a phone call from a very rude individual who refused to give me his name claiming to be the only manager there. Telling me that I was not going to get my order there was 16 people in front of me still which means either he's lying to me or they did not deliver one order from the time I placed my delivery at 5:00 until 9:15 which I can understand if they have difficulty with a driver or whatnot things happen I can understand that what I don't understand is the horrible customer service I received I could not get one word in edgewise. To even have a conversation with this individual as he was just screaming at me on the phone telling me how my delivery would be first thing in the morning. To which I replied that was not good for me because I work. I was trying to say which he's so rudely would not even let me speak. I was trying to say if he knew that they were not going to be able to deliver to me why not just say it from the beginning I would have had plenty of time to go somewhere else. As I'm trying to say that he screamed back at me that I would have done him a favor by going to Dispo or puff.. I think that's highly unprofessional and very inconsiderate to your customers after waiting almost 4 hours everything else is closed you completely inconvenienced me and my day when I was willing to be loyal to you and wait for you. The attitude from your customer service who is working in your Utica store right now claiming to be your manager is utterly disgusting the way he treats ppl that is bad business and you guys should be ashamed of yourself.i will gladly go to another dispensary after the way I was treated today. And I will make sure my husband never goes to this dispensary either and he is a very loyal customer. As well as a few of my other family members. I am completely disgusted.. In response to your response... How do you suppose I call your store and talk to a GM when you call the store they never answer and when they do answer they refuse to give the phone to anybody else claiming to be the only manager... Your calls are recorded you should be able to pull this phone call up and see exactly how it went... Very disrespectful very unprofessional and very disgusting... I agree with the person in the other review if you wanted to be treated with respect and dignity do not come to this dispensary. Lots of other dispensaries around. Dispo is a wonderful dispensary there budtenders are very friendly very courteous I also went to Puff yesterday and had a wonderful experience.. never again will I go to cloud... And I will make sure to warn everybody there is how rude disrespectful and unprofessional you are. You should avoid this dispensary at all costs avoid this place CLOUD is the worst dispensary in the area. Save your time money and energy. And avoid this place. I hate leaving negative reviews but I HAVE never in my life gotten this kind of service from anywhere. I placed an order at 7:01 maybe minutes after I placed my delivery i received a call from the dispensary stating they were out of a preroll i wanted (no biggie), we got everything cleared up in seconds. I have ordered from Cloud before and it's taken at least 2 hours so I'm expecting that wait time although I live 15 minutes away. I blame myself for calling so late but i have had other dispensaries have drivers still completing orders around closing time. I called at 9:57 to figure out if maybe the driver was out and running behind. The desk girl replied your order was undeliverable (I have a door bell and a contact number to call which the driver did not attempt either). I said okay, is there anything that can be done? She sweetly replied oh yes my manager is right here, please hold, to then put me on a 15 minute hold. I just hung up and called back 4 times to no response. This is literally the second time this has happened with them saying my delivery is undeliverable because the driver refuses to ring the door bell or attempt to even call. No other dispensary I order from has this problem. The first time this happened, when the driver came back a second time i asked him what happened. He said he knocked and got no answer. I pointed to my doorbell that glows up and asked him why didn't he call or use the doorbell to which he just dumbfoundly looked at the doorbell. I live in a house, it's a deliverable address.
