Compare my photo to other kerala fish curries. I got a measly two fish pieces the size of a chicken nugget. The fish was dry. The sauce was good, but overall I was hungry within a few hrs. having that been the only meal I had all day. I assume they figure one will fill up on that side. It looks like samosa filling but is different & not that good. It was unique, but naan is just better. Furthermore they did not have the green chutney pesto-looking sauce for the samosa. $14.99 for the below dish. Much better Indian options in the area.

The food reminds me of home cooked food. Great little place in sterling that does justice to Indian cuisine. Dishes come with rice but I would also suggest to get a paratha long with the curries. I had the chicken chettinadu and it was really good. It is spicy. If your looking for a good Indian restaurant this should be on ur list. The restaurant space is small so if your planning to come as a group you might want to call in or just order to go.

Great atmosphere and very great service! I started with the samosas as I usually do when I eat Indian, these were just ok. I would suggest a different appetizer. Then I got the Malai kofta and some naan which were both pretty average, but still good! They have numbers by everything on the menu so it's easy to order if you can't pronounce the item. 5 star service, 3.5 star food. Still worth a visit, the prices are very reasonable.

Will never recommend this restaurnat after my visit (with family) yesterday.. I have furnished all details so that people know that this is real. Following are the reasons - I called around 8:10 PM asking if thali was available. They responded that Thali is only for lunch and they have A La Carte, the menu can be found online.

We reached around 8:35 PM and after we settled down, started ordering south indian - vada n dosas. Immediately the manager who spoke to me over the phone came over and said dosa batter is over and vada is also over. When we asked why this was not informed 20 mins earlier when we called, there was no supporting answer. It was already late, we did not have an option to search for another one. Not sure if this was a plan to make us come over!

The chole was good but the batura was very hard and literally had no taste to it (very plain). The egg biriyani did not have adequate salt on it. The highlight was the Butter Naan. It was so hard and thick and tasted bad. We then asked for the cheque. While paying, I informed the manager Shushank that the naan was horrible. He then informed me that it was readymade frozen naan since they ran out of naan as well.

Request each one of you having your family and small kid to imagine being in this situation and having such an experience. I could have rather bought this frozen naan in an Indian store and had it at home then spend $50 here..

The only good thing here was the veg puffs and the manager Shushank was polite and courteous. How else can you be when you do all such stuff at the background!

Mr. Shushank, I am sorry if your job is on the line after reading this comment, but I'm sure you will find a better place, if you do not own that restaurant. If you own it, its high time you start doing something good for...

UPDATE : We did try this place again after 1.5 year, Lots of improvement. place TOGO order, Paratta, and chicken is must try. I will go again for dine in. Will update to Fiver star after dine in experience . Believe weekends are the best time for this place.

OLD REVIEW : It was a very disappointing afternoon for our family at Red Chilli's. I took my family and parents to Red Chillis for Sunday afternoon lunch and it was very disastrous.

Ambience : This place is not very welcoming. We did not get any good vibs as we entered the restaurant. No smile from front desk person or music in the background.

Service : Front desk associate is not trained to handle the front desk. She just poured water in the glass and kept a picture of water in our table. She even did not ask whether we need any thing to drink.

Food : We ordered two Goat briyani and two south Indian thali. Meat in the briyani was so hard that we were not able to chew or cut, we asked for replacement and it was done. ( but we are the first one to complaint about the meat quality, its the fat. it the bone blah blah blah - front desk associate ). Replacement was Chicken biryani which was very close to tomato rice ( I swear)

South Indian Thali - except Chicken curry and Payasam, it was not not a great meal.

We won't go back to RED Chilli's again and won't recommend...

I stopped by this place on a whim. I am 9 months pregnant and just had a craving for some Indian food, even though I have only had it a few times before. I had my picky 5 year old with me and was not sure if she would like the food but thought I'd give it a try. Upon entering there were other patrons there just settling in. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. I met Peter, who was beyond exceptional. I explained that I had never been there and was very unsure of what to order. He was so helpful and freindly and I ended up going with all of his suggestions. He said my daughter would love the butter chicken and we tried the marsla Tiki for my husband and the lamb for myself. We even decided to try some desert. Peter was right! My picky 5 year old had 2 bowls of the butter chicken!!! She barely ever eats that much of anything. She also loved the desert and was bummed when she came to her last bite. My husband was pleasantly suprised by how delicious everything was, as he was used to homecooked Indian food from his past friend's family. Needless to say, we will be visiting this place again very soon and recommending it to everyone. The food, atmosphere, and Peter's fantastic customer service has secured us as new...
