The owner Mike didn't want to talk to me after I showed him the damage that they did to my car headlight he couldn't get my back window tinted like he said after having my car since noon that day and kept it till 6:30 pm the next day only be told my car was ready and still no back window tinted the tail light were tinted but was peeling off he didn't want to fix even when I showed him they wrapped my front headlights but damaged the headlight which made the warp then he lied and said it was like that even when I video my car before he did the work with him in the video thats when he knew he was caught in a lie after that lie he refuse to talk to me man to man he kept avoiding me & talking threw his employees about what he thinks I wanted instead of talking to me about I wanted and paid him to do with a picture of the work I wanted that he requested I send him on his phone when he was 1st telling me how good he was and his work but clearly he doesn't standby his word or work he even misspelled my name that he had another employee get for him and write it down for my receipt and he couldn't get that right either definitely rethink this place as a definite NO NO. I just got my car back and they did such a great job! It smells amazing and looks brand new. I don't have a fancy car at all (it's a Sonic), but I was having a spider issue and they were really understanding and said they could take care of it. The price is really fair and everyone was so nice and helpful. My car was also cleaned really fast. Plus they have weekend hours, which is so convenient. I'll definitely go back the next time my car needs sprucing up (or I spray a bunch of peppermint oil and it's all covered in in an oily sheen, haha). I felt kind of silly because I don't drive a luxury vehicle, but now I feel fancy! It is definitely worth it to have the professionals take care...

Brought in for interior/exterior detail. Specified issues of headliner and dog hair. Came to pick it up and they didn’t do the headliner. They did, however, scratch the side of my vehicle. Took it back and they fixed the first scratch but scratched it worse in another area and attempted to disguise it with a poor matching paint cover up. Literally looks like they spread paint with their finger. Not only cost me the money I spent on the service bit the money I will spend or lose to clean up their hack job.
