Kohl's — Local services in Vacaville

Store full of Christmas things. The clearance womens clothing is totally unreal to be able to shop. Some good bargains, I guess. Have to look thru everything to find sizes. Overwhelming. And what I bought was not included in extra 30%off so for the price will be going back. Was $1.12 off from earning Kohls Cash so that was a bummer too. Added: I do not like the way customer service has changed. The old area is now ONLY for Amazon Returns and that is it. You can not get a return back on a gift card. It goes back to the buyers credit card. And the store looks like a thrift shop. The sizes are all a mishmash of junk and rows and rows of it. If you have time and want to, there are good bargains but the clothes are all over the place and sizes (for clearance, tons of clearance) are mixed all together. IT is Christmas buying time so the other things...

So, I was given a 25% off coupon to use. I walked all around the store. I found some acrylic craft paints and a candle in a jar that I liked. When I got to the register, I was told they could not be used with the coupon as they were beauty products.

I was kind of surprised by this ... craft paints? a candle? Not sure why these qualify as beauty products. 🤔

Didn't decide to purchase either item because I didn't need them that badly anyways, was just trying to use a nice coupon.

Spent all my Kohls cash a while back, so unless there is something fabulous going on at Kohls, I probably won't be returning there for a while except for Amazon returns.

Really? Paint and a Candle.... Beauty Items? I don't think so.

Make-up? Fancy Soap? Yeah, those are Beauty items.

I had the worst experience at Shepora inside this location. I needed to return a brow pencil that I had just purchased 4 days ago and used it only one time. The pencil broke and didn't turn. So I was not able to use it. It was new, but broken, so I just needed a replacement. OMG, the associate treated me like a thief. I had the original box and my original receipt, and the lady still accused me of returning a complete over used pencil. She treated me so bad and kept saying that the pencil was used. She even call her manager and both attacked me. I work very hard for my money and if you make a product that will break, you must replace it no questions ask. You made me very uncomfortable. I would never visit your store. I'll drive more if I have to, but I will not tolerate this behavior. All of you...
