Nike Factory Store - Vacaville — Local services in Vacaville

Whatever you do. NEVER go to this NIKE. I have been buying adidas shoes for years because they have lasted me the longest as a runner. I was open to the idea of buying a pair of NIKE and I have been to this place several times with my boyfriend who likes NIKE. This place is always packed with 2 to 3 cashiers which is definitely not enough. The customer service is terrible, watch out for a cashier/employee named Shonelle. She was extremely rude and nasty, never smiling, when I asked her to help find a size she said hold on, got another employee (a man) to do it and then moments later she was standing at the corner still in visible public site with 2 other male co workers making nasty remarks about customers. Later I saw her at cashier in the front she never smiled and just looked like she hated the place. Please do the public a service and remove your hateful self from this job you clearly hate. This whole place seems very male dominated as they always ask my boyfriend (several different employees) if he needs help but I have never been asked. Hopefully it is just this place but I will not be buying any Nike anytime soon due to customer service and overall ambiance. I have bought a lot of shoes from many different place such as Cole Haan, Shoe Palace, a LOT of adidas, Merrell, Timberland...and I did buy one pair of Nike one time and they started tearing a few months in but I did keep my mind open to finding a new pair to try but Shonelle service and my other experiences at this particular store has made me decide to keep away sadly. Ive never felt so not wanted, hated and hate a store as much as I do this one...

Nike is a nice outlet to have near. If you need some nice or cool shoes on the spot, I would definitely think to go to the Nike Outlet. Unfortunately the check out staff is EXTREMELY pushy... they automatically ask your for your email (I get it, they have to) but when I say NO THANK YOU.... please STOP asking or trying to trick me into giving you an email. And please stop holding me up to do the survey on the receipt.. if I do the survey it won't be good for you cashier.. the person that helped me on the floor was good, kind and very helpful.. All of the cashiers may not be as pushy as the young lady I had. It takes a lot to frustrate me but she was taking me there.. She's the reason why people are on their phones at...

So I don't usually make post about this but enough is enough! This is the 2nd in the last month I have been here and me and my daughter have been followed around like we are stealing something. No one else in the store was being followed like us. Maybe because we were the only black people in the store at the time I don't know. So sad and it was so noticeable that a women in the store actually said something about her being white and not being followed around. So sad and shame on you Nike outlet I'm not sure what type of problems you have at this store but it definitely isn't me and my daughter. Won't be coming back here and definitely will be filling a formal report. Maybe you need...
