I shouldn't even give them a 1 star! Customer service when purchasing my sectional was great, it's when they don't want to fix their problems afterwards. I ordered a custom sectional that I paid almost $4000.00 for, it was delivered to my home and it was everything I expected, at first. However, after just a few months the fabric started balling up. I let it go for a couple months after that before calling. 8 months after purchasing the sofa it had gotten so bad. I called Laineys and they came out to take pictures. The manager or owner then called me back stating their is nothing they could do even though I supposedly have a year warranty of my sectional. He said "that's from your clothes". It indeed is NOT from clothes but from the friction of fabric against fabric, which a new sofa should not be doing already unless the fabric is poorly made. He offered to do ABSOLUTELY nothing to help me with this situation at all. He has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I and my mother and sister searched every furniture store in the surrounding Vacaville area, for a new living room set for my mother. We had started with Lainey’s as we live down the street from the store. But being that we always shop around we decided to continue looking. But after looking for weeks and having found nothing better in the area , we ended up back at Lainey’s. The furniture at Lainey’s is comfortable, and great quality. Brands like England and flexsteel dominate the store. Which means you are getting quality furniture at a very reasonable price. Now let’s get into the customer service , which I feel is more than half the reason to walk into this store. Elaine is the first person to help my mother and sister when they walked into the store. They were so impressed with her that they spent over an hour selecting mom’s furniture and the material that would with it. Elaine was fun, respectful and very very helpful in this whole process. Lainey's was amazing. We had been on the hunt for a new couch for months and were having a lot of issues finding the right style for what we thought was a reasonable value. As soon as we walked into Laney's we were greeted by the staff, and made to feel very comfortable walking around and trying things out. We found a couch almost instantly that fit the bill, and we had a really great conversation with the staff who was able to answer all of our questions and give us space and time to make a decision without feeling pressured or rushed. When it came time for the delivery, these guys drove over 2.5 hours in traffic to my home, and were nothing short of highly professional and kind. They even agreed to do a last minute removal for me as we had changed our minds a little late in the game about how we were getting rid of our existing couch.
