Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vacaville

I've been going here my entire life, and of course little issues here and there, no big deal. Today pissed me off. I made a mobile order for me, my mom and my little sister who's allergic to dairy. I got there and one car was in the line and drove off as soon as I moved from the speaker. no one else was behind me thought-out my visit. a manager(I think) gave me the bag after a minute and said the drinks were coming so I check the bag. my meal and eggrolls, I didn't see the kids food and I usually assumed they're in another bag. different employee handed me the milkshake so I ask about the kids meal and my missing meal drink because I didn't see him pour the second. he relays that to manager and she tells me the kids meal is in there so I check again and the hamburger is smashed down the side of the egg roll box. sigh, ok sorry, didnt see it. employee says have a good day. I say, wait what about my drink? so he pours the other one and I go cause I'm already feeling rushed. get home and the kids HAMburger has cheese on it and no kids apple juice box. I shouldve taken longer to check but why are they rushing me when theres no one else in line? they do this almost every time,...

I don't really like going to this place because the quality of food they have is not as good as the other Jack in the box in my town but because it's close to our house and my dad is diabetic he needed something to eat I thought I'd try it again. His sausage burrito combo was good. Thought I would just order me a bacon cheeseburger off the deal menu,big mistake. I got served some sort of hard beef that look like it had been sitting for a couple hours. I would not even serve it to my dog unfortunately I did take a bite and immediately spit it out .I did take it back and get a refund cost me time and gas though. Gave this place plenty of chances and I get something like this again, never going back horrible...

The store smelled like old urine & plumbing from the bathroom area, and the entire building inside & outside need some work. Ceiling tiles falling and none of the tables were clean. The floors were greasy and slippery...it was a good idea to have those wet floor signs up. They must just leave them there to help you avoid other obstacles in the dining area. The food at any Jack in the Box location is typically served cold & tastes like cardboard to some extent, this one is no different, although the food was warm. The lady behind the counter was nice enough, but very straightforward. I won't be back to...
