Do not trust that they will offer any solutions if they do anything wrong. We waited 10 weeks for walnut parquet to be milled. They took samples of our old wood to match it and claimed to have sanded the pieces down to make sure it was a perfect match. It was 100% not and when we consulted with our installer who spoke with Muslofs, (because they REFUSED to talk to us) after spending $28,000, they said they will give us $2000 back and walk away. They also said if we wanted to meet them in person to discuss a solution they would not refund us a penny of the mess they created. They do not respond for days and have created a nightmare of a project. I’m disappointed in their demeanor and care for their clients.
