Poor customer service and lack of experience. One of my nails was injured pretty badly too. They filed down my nail so thin that it almost bled. Anyway, I showed my nail tech, Kim a picture and she confirmed she could do it. It looked nothing like it. It was hideous. Kim filed the nails in way too much, that the sides of my actual nails were actually peeking along the sides of the fake nails. She couldn’t even add the designs and gems on nicely so I had to help with the designs to make it looking natural and organic. The nail tech screwed up my nails pretty bad and I believe me owner or manager, Row, walked in with a rude, ignorant attitude asking me what I want to do next! Umm…you’re the tech. He looked at me disgusted like I had wrong them when it was the tech’s lack of experience that didn’t deliver. Both were not apologetic at all. Row’s attitude was so bad that I had to actually ask him what his problem was, talking to customers in such a manner. Right when he knew that I wouldn’t take such manners, he backed up a little bit. Then Kim disappeared after putting acetone on my nails. They left for 10-15 minutes without attending me. I had to ask to have the nails be taken off. This salon would not likely get another of my business nor my referrals until they get their customer service up. Their service is horrific and they’re not friendly at all. It was not warm and welcoming at all when you enter the salon. If you’re looking for great and friendly staff, look elsewhere. This one will not deliver that! Read moreI made an appointment for 10 this morning for two fills, one for my niece and one for me. They sent me a confirmation text when I made the appointment. I also received a reminder text last night. We got there at 9:58 AM. A little after 10, they seated us and a woman started on my nieces nails. I waited and waited. A little after 10:20 someone came to start my nails. I told her I was no longer interested as my appointment was at 10. It took an hour and fifteen minutes for the woman to do my nieces nails and they have globs of nail polish all over. My niece and I get our nails done every three weeks. The last time I was unable to go with her so she went to Perfect 10. She said everything was fine and they only charged $40 for a fill. We pay $45 where we normally go so I decided to try it. A nail broke on day two from playing with my boyfriends hair(shaved hair at that) . THE ONLY FAKE TIP. My nails are entirely mine but one and I feel like I got a cheap tip put on my broken nail. Which broke literally a day later. On top of that I’ve never had any dip stain before. These sure did. My nails look absolutely horrid as I color hair BUT dip is not supposed to stain. Or mine never has in the two years I’ve been doing them. Honestly I do feel the problem is cheap product. My nail shape always comes out stunning when I’m here though I’m not loyal to this salon.
